We at Blog Organization care for your privacy. Following is the privacy policy we follow. We take steps to ensure that user information is not misused. By definition, personally identifiable information (PII) is any data that could potentially identify a specific individual. Any information that can be used to distinguish one person from another and can be used for de-anonymizing anonymous data can be considered PII. This privacy policy covers our treatment given to any personal information.  By visiting our site, submitting information, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this privacy document.

Information collected at this site

While registering, submitting the article, commenting, and using other services we collect some personal information like full name, website URL, e-mail address, blog, nickname, and any other information that would allow us to contact you if needed. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All registered users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Although we maintain sufficient security and confidentiality and store personal information collected in a database. With increasing knowledge in the field of security, there are possibilities of the unlawful penetration of the security system by a third party. So we cannot guarantee the security of our database and the user cannot claim any action in such cases. Currently, we do not use an SSL certificate.

E-mail Communications

After registration, we may contact you regularly through e-mails. Unwillingness to receive such emails can be notified to us through e-mail. Receiving mail may even continue after you unsubscribe from our services. Therefore personal mail regarding this is desirable.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. This Privacy Policy does not cover any use of Personal Information that a third-party advertiser or ad server may collect from you. To analyze the usage of our website we use third-party vendors such as Google Analytics cookie, Google AdSense cookie, DoubleClick cookie, etc. However, most third parties like Google give the option to opt-out.  The information collected in this way helps us to analyze user interactions with our website. Such information is used to study and improve our services.
